What was your inspiration for this book?
I developed Under a Fallen Sun from a short story I wrote in college. My mom read the story and asked me questions about a couple of plot points. This got the wheels in my head turning and I fleshed it out into a full-length novel many years later.
Why did you decide to produce an audiobook?
I produced an audiobook mainly for my dad's sake. He's 80 years old and he has troubling reading at his age because of poor eyesight. I wanted to give him a chance to experience what I've written in a different way.
How did you choose the reader for the book and the production company?
I auditioned voice actors through ACX and hired a voice actress who fit what I looked for in terms of story narration.
If you have listened to this book let us know what you think in the comments. We’d love to hear from you!
